ADAS technology is becoming standard across the Australian vehicle fleet, but clear and independent explanations remain difficult to find. ADAS Project brings practical technical knowledge, Australian context and an educator's perspective together in one growing reference library.

About Hiran

ADAS Project is created by Hiran Alwis, an automotive educator with experience in factory technical training, TAFE teaching and automotive curriculum development. The project draws on that experience while remaining independent of vehicle manufacturers, equipment suppliers and commercial training providers.

How guides are prepared

Guides are written to answer a clear question in plain language. Where relevant, they consider Australian Design Rules, industry guidance, workshop practice and training developments. Published and review dates help readers understand how recently material has been assessed.
